ATTENTION: Tickets with a reduced rate must always be accompanied by a document proving eligibility for the reduction and will be checked before entry. If no valid document or proof is presented, the ticket will be considered invalid and cannot be refunded or upgraded.

Practical Information

• It is only permitted to take photos with your own smartphone; the use of professional equipment or tripods is not allowed.
• Visitors may enter the Museum by joining the “Individual Entrance” line. On this special day, it will not be possible to access the Sansevero Chapel with groups larger than 9 people.
  Tour guides may accompany groups of up to 9 people.
  The rate for school groups is also not available.
