Synopsis
Buy tickets for groups of between 10 and 30 persons.
Tickets become available from 60 days in advance. Groups may book up to 2 days before their preferred date.
Authorized guides accompanying groups do not need to purchase a ticket.

In order to proceed, please enter the correct amount of tickets for each category and click on the “Go to payment” button.
Once online purchases have been completed, they cannot be cancelled or modified in any way. Tickets purchased online and booking fees are non-refundable (Art. 59, section N, of Legislative Decree 206/2005, or “Consumer Code”).
Please note that visitors with reductions (young people aged 10 to 25 years, FAI, registered disabled with helper) and/or free tickets will be asked to show proof of eligibility at the entrance.
Group
Practical information
- Groups join the “Groups and Schools” queue to enter the Museum.
- Tour guides may accompany groups of up to 30 persons in the Museum.
- Entry is permitted up to 15 minutes from the chosen time, following which admission cannot be guaranteed.
- Just show your ticket at the entrance to the Sansevero Chapel; there is no need to go to the ticket office.
- Under no circumstances may tickets be used on a date other than the one selected.
